{"id":889,"date":"2023-12-06T14:39:30","date_gmt":"2023-12-06T06:39:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.talent-axis.com\/job\/fx-specialist\/"},"modified":"2023-12-21T14:13:03","modified_gmt":"2023-12-21T06:13:03","slug":"fx-specialist","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/www.talent-axis.com\/cn\/job\/fx-specialist\/","title":{"rendered":"TS Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Principal responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Acting as a technical expert in one or several product categories, as relevant to market, such as Structured Products\/FX\/Investment\/Trusts\/Estate planning \/Retirement\/Protection\/Mortgage etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding value to clients with more complex needs, e.g. top-tier and mid-tier Premier clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting PRMs in understanding clients better, meeting clients together with PRMs when required, making suitable recommendations and helping clients understand the value and risks of solutions available to them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Following the needs-based sales process, giving clients a meaningful and consistent wealth experience and ultimately providing an outstanding client experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting PRMs to gain more client trust and commitment in broadening and deepening their relationship with HASE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting product training, to support and deliver new product launches and leading client education events, to help client gain better knowledge of financial markets and financial solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines, with professional qualification such as CFA, CFP or CFMP an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regulatory Qualifications: Pass the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and IIQE and fulfil the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined by the Regulators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evidence of strong sales results in spot FX and FX option products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relationship management experience with high net worth clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 2 years\u2019 relevant experience in retail banking, with strong knowledge of investment products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Independent, self-directed, and not afraid to make decisions to develop, execute and deliver on an assigned strategy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passion for phone sales is a must, excellent interpersonal skills and communications skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit &amp; Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"template":"","sector":[27],"type_employment":[26],"acf":[],"aioseo_notices":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.talent-axis.com\/cn\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job\/889"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.talent-axis.com\/cn\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.talent-axis.com\/cn\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.talent-axis.com\/cn\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=889"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"sector","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.talent-axis.com\/cn\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/sector?post=889"},{"taxonomy":"type_employment","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.talent-axis.com\/cn\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/type_employment?post=889"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
