Responsibilities:

  • Provide end to end client service to high net worth trust clients
  • Prepare transaction processing, documentation and generate accurate reports.
  • Perform KYC, due diligence and background check for clients.
  • Assist in client on boarding process.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales team to facilitate the transactions in efficient and professional way.
  • Assist in annual review process, ensuring the preparation and updating of relevant documentation.
  • Prepare required documentation for new asset injections, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Maintain physical and electronic filing systems for all trust documents and transaction records, ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Assist on ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles in financial and trust industry.
  • Detail-oriented approach in preparing precise documentation.
  • Good organization and communication skill.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
