Responsibilities:
- Act as Desk Head and specialize in 1) Information Technology & Digital Innovation or 2) Asset Management
- Identify and build potential key accounts proactively
- Build up strong and long lasting partnerships with new and existing clients
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process by matching the right talents to the right role for our clients
- Provide professional service and monitor end to end recruitment process for successful candidate placement and follow up, including resume screening, interviewing, profiling candidates, preparing client interviews and negotiating offer details
- Handle various tasks relating to the above including writing and posting job ads, updating candidate records on database, preparing meeting notes and ensuring compliance with firm standard on client engagements
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in consulting firms and new account development for IT industry and Asset Management
- Mature, details oriented and multi-tasking
- Strong account management skills with recruitment / industry experience
- Success-driven with strong abilities to excel in a fast-paced environment while achieving targets
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong communication, people management and analytical skills
