Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures for all staff members.
- Prepare job advertisements for junior and senior positions.
- Maintain records in the HR system and compile necessary reports.
- Prepare letters and correspondence related to HR matters.
- Maintain accurate employee files and records in a timely manner.
- Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives as required.
- Assist in organizing staff events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese.
- Strong team spirit and self-motivation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive work relationships with all departments.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
