Senior Manager, Product Development and Marketing (Commercial Banking)

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a team to drive product development & enhancement, segment strategy & marketing , strategy formulation, development and implementation of Commercial Banking & SME clients.
- Drive and manage sales and marketing transformation via exploring tactical / new stream of customer acquisition channels, implementing AI solution to lift up productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Drive and manage market awareness and formulate Commercial Banking strategies (e.g. differentiated segment strategy, operating account strategy, Inactive segment, FX etc.), product development and enhancement, and marketing plans to expand the Commercial Banking’s customer base and customer’s wallet size with our Bank.
- Create new products and enhance existing products with related parties to maximize business opportunities; covering:
- Establish cash management proposition to draw CASA balance in particular of SME segment through payment and receivable initiatives, Corporate deposit / liquidity management products
- Strengthen Corporate Wealth Management business together with cash management capability and nurture it as one of the “Best in town” business in Commercial Banking through seamless work with internal/external product providers and sales management to identify customer needs & appetite
- Strengthen Business internet banking as one of key tool for new customer acquisition in view of customer nature.
- Assist ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
- With at least 10 years’ working experience in marketing or product management; experience in commercial banking, digital banking, segment is preferable
- Excellent presentation and people management skill
- Good team player with a strong sense of ownership and attention to details
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
